How our training is unique:
Our training programs are unique in a number of ways. First, we have professional recognition status in training and development, and HR. Second, we bring to our training the knowledge and skills of registered psychologists. Third, our training can be integrated with other areas of our service provision. For example, an organisation may engage us to provide leadership workshops and we can provide the follow-up for and the post assessment of the training with our HRD Online service. Fourth, our niche is in the area of small group training (about 15 participants) with a focus on effecting functional change.
