A typical assessment and planning program would involve:

• Interview with one of the principals of Nexus Consulting Services Pty Ltd to establish necessary background information and to determine the most effective testing protocol;
• Testing involving a selection from such instruments as the Kaufman Brief Intelligence Test, the Campbell Interest and Skill Survey, the Differential Aptitudes Test, the 16PF (to include the Personal Career Development Profile and the Human Resource Development Profile), and the Hogan Personality Inventory;
• A client report of approximately 35 pages which includes a detailed client "workbook";
• A final session with one of the principals to go over the client report and to do an exploration of career and training options in the light of the report recommendations.

Such a program typically requires about 5 hours attendance at Nexus.
