Couples Counselling Report
This report is generated from the 16PF Fifth Edition Questionnaire, plus additional questions about the relationship, satisfaction with it and demographics for both partners. The client narrative pages provide each partner with a summary of their individual personality qualities in addition to their Relationship Satisfaction Ratings. These are presented in broad areas important in most relationships including Time Together, Caring and Affection, Sex, Extended Family, and Children. The professional score summary report provides the counsellor with a short narrative on the background of the relationship, relationship satisfaction ratings, each partner's 16PF profile, a comparison of the couple's sixteen primary scales and five global factors, and a narrative that addresses the couple's similarities and differences. This report is an excellent tool in counselling premarital, married, separated, divorcing, and same-sex couples.

The 16PF Basic Interpretive Report, Human Resource Development Report, Personal Career Development Profile Plus, and the Couple's Counselling Report are members of the IPAT family of tests. IPAT is the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing, Champaign, IL, USA, a highly respected test development and publishing company.
Once you have completed the questions in the test application form and payment has been received by us you will be issued with a user name and password by return email. The user name and password will allow you to access and complete the questionnaire for the test you have selected. Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire, you will receive your report within 24 hours.
Answers to the questions contained in the test application form are required for two reasons:
- some of the information is needed so that we may select the appropriate norms ("standards") for us to score your results so that they are relevant to you; and
- some of the information provides useful background information so that the psychologist who reviews your report can personalise your report and make it more meaningful for you. If in the psychologist's professional opinion, further information would be useful then you will be contacted by the psychologist either by phone or by email (this is at no additional cost to you).
