How our online testing is unique and superior
The tests we use are all of superior reliability and validity. That is, they are tests that accurately measure what they say they measure. Our tests are all from highly reputable test designers (designers working within well-known universities from around the world or associated with such institutions). Such tests take years to develop (anything up to 20 years and they are constantly refined and updated) and they require input from highly qualified and experienced psychologists.
This is an important consideration for you, the user. If you are an organisation using psychological testing in contexts such as selection and promotion, then in an increasingly litigious society you are increasing your risk exposure unless you use tests of exceptional quality. As an individual you can be sure that the tests we use will give accurate results upon which you can base sound decisions (along with other information available).
In addition, while all our tests are computer scored for efficiency, all reports based on the testing are reviewed by a fully qualified and registered psychologist. The psychologist will make amendments to the report and add to the report in the light of what, in their professional judgment and background knowledge, is significant about the results for the individual client. This is especially required when a psychological test battery has been used (i.e., more than one test has been administered). The results of such a battery must be "triangulated" by a psychologist. Moreover, no psychological test, and certainly no computer program generated report, can take into account the background information that makes each test taker and their circumstances unique.
Finally, we provide debriefings either to the individual test-taker or, in organisational contexts, the person responsible for test results
usage. This helps prevent misinterpretation and misapplication of test results, and helps ensure that ethical guidelines with respect to confidentiality are observed.
