Support for the HRD Online program is provided in two ways:
- On the ground support is provided by Nexus Consulting Services throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are always here to help you resolve any issues you have with the usage of the program. We are also available to help you initialise the program and to introduce it into your organisation. And with our experience and professional standing as Psychologists and HR and Training specialists we can provide training programs, workshops, individual coaching, and HR consultancy to give you a fully "blended" approach to training. - The elearning system is maintained by The HRD Group Ltd (UK). Nexus is the Australian and New Zealand world-wide ally of The HRD Group. The HRD Group is responsible for the maintenance of the system, implementation of customisations, and set-up of corporate sites. In addition, their 20 plus consultants in the UK and their world-wide allies are available to consult anywhere in the world on technical matters, HRD training (including computer simulations), and implementation of large-scale corporate systems.
