- THRDGL and representatives shall not be liable for any consequence arising from failure, or delay, in the performance of any of their obligations, or duties, or support expectations to users of the system.
- All the systems material, together with any opinions, suggestions, recommendations, instructions or any other communication made, both oral and written, directly or indirectly, is offered to system users by THRDGL and their representatives in good faith. The exception to this is where tutor supported elearning programmes are made available for existing users to subscribe to. These elearning programmes (when they become available) will declare what the subscription fee is and which worldwide allies may be commissioned to provide tutor support.

Terms Governing User Licenses & Their Organisations
These terms govern all user license registrations including trial licenses. Terms are subject to periodic review and change. The onus is placed upon the license user for there proper application.
- Licenses issued are for your own use only and you must not permit any other person to use it.
- If you have been contacted by a THRDGL ally, or are in discussion with one of our allies, or have a preference to work with one of our allies, then please put the ally's COMPANY NAME in the preferred supplier box (see UK Allies or Worldwide Allies) else input NONE when applying for a license.
- Your preferred supplier, or in the case of NONE THRDGL or its nominated ally, will contact and support you during your registered license period. You may ask them any questions about using the system. (Tutorial questions may also be asked where this has been contracted with your supplier).
- For trialists at the end of the trial period when logging onto the system you will be presented with a subscription form that will enable you to make your license permanent. You have 7 days to complete this form. Should you decide not to complete the form then your trial license and training records will be removed from the system and you will owe your supplier nothing.
- For users completing the subscription form, whether directly or following a trial period, your supplier will invoice you with the system's license fee at the prevailing rate - please check with your supplier what that is before completing the subscription form. Payment of the system's license fee will entitle you to access the system's resource library and your personal training records for 12 months.
- As a permanent license holder you may register other users. Two user license types are available, managers (also with a user registration facility) or employees. You will be invoiced for all the user registrations you, and your registrants, make by your supplier at the prevailing license fee.
- On each 12 month anniversary of your license subscription date, or any user license registrations arising, your supplier will automatically invoice you with license renewal fees due. Should renewal of your license, or any user license arising, not be required then you must write to your supplier requesting that any unrequired licenses are removed. This written letter/emailed instruction must be received within 7 days of the licenses subscription 12 month anniversary.
- All invoices to be paid in full within 14 days of issue date. If invoices are not paid in full within 30 days then the related licenses and their attended training records will be removed from the system.
- You must indemnify THRDGL should you, or users arising from your registration, breach the system's copyright conditions, or abuse or misuse the system in any way.
- Any references or testimonials issued to your supplier to be copied to THRDGL for information purposes and possible inclusion on the system, or in our marketing materials, at our discretion. In such instances usage will be to the credit of your organisation and your supplier.
- You must also read and agree to the Copyright and Liability statements published on this site before completing and submitting either the trial application form or the subscription form or, as a permanent license holder, before you register any new customer/employee via the register new employee form on your system's home page.
All the users that you register, and their organisation where different from your registration details, and all the users that they may register, will also be bound by all these declarations.
For other services, eg., individual corporate site setup, induction programs, training and HR consultancy services for blended training, complete HR programs for SMEs, etc., we would be happy to provide a quote.
