management development work
for Masterfoods (part of the

This work includes the

23.03.04 Major Psychological Assessment for Mars Corporation Nexus continues to provide the Mars Corporation with pre-employment assessments of associates. This particular assessment process involved assessment of
28 potential production associates. Nexus not only provides the narrative reports, we also debrief the recruiters to facilitate the integration of test results with other data gained from interview and reference checking.

Motivational Focus
Motivational Focus combines
the talents of David Winter
(formerly of Hewlett
Packard) and Graeme Alford
(known for his books
including "Never Give Up",
his World Masters of
Business Series, and he was
the subject of Australian
Story on the ABC where he
was described as the "Come
Back King").
Motivational Focus is
working to develop a unique
sales coaching program utilising Nexus' Online
Human Resource Development
system. This will
allow the effective and
efficient delivery of
training to dispersed sales
teams.
13.05.04 EI and
Leadership Workshop for Dept
of Primary Industries Nexus
was
engaged to provide a two-day
workshop to members of the
Department of Primary
Industries. The
workshop consisted of
pre-assessment for emotional
intelligence, construction
of a group EI profile,
training in how improved EI
adds value to an
organisation, training in
three EI competencies
identified as relative
weaknesses, and
identification of the
connections between EI
competencies and leadership.
